I am a Ph.D. student at the Stony Brook University in the Department of Computer Science
where I intend to study Data Science for Social Good.
I am advised by Professor Ting Wang and received one year of kind advise and help from Professor Dongwon Lee at Penn State University.
I have recently worked with Prof. Jiebo Luo's team on predicting wildfire risk using various machine learning models.
The work is now published in the proceedings of 2021 IEEE International Conference on Big Data.
I orally presented this work during the conference on Dec 15, 2021.

From summer 2019 till 2020, I worked with Prof. David Woodruff and Prof. Yi Li on augmenting a distinct element algorithm using neural networks.
The work was later published on ICLR 2020 Conference
Since Fall 2021, I have been working with Databricks on studying the homelessness issue in the United States.
We are currently producing a blog post on the Databrick's official website.
